Goddess Retreat numero tres 𖦹ׂ ₊˚⊹⋆
There is something sacred about women coming together creating a space where we can soften, feel safe enough to try something new, let ourselves be seen, and remember who the fuq we are!

This retreat has lived in my heart for a long time. So much love, intention, energy, and work goes into creating these spaces, and every time I get to witness women open, soften, laugh, feel, play, and come back to themselves, I’m reminded why I do it.

I’m so deeply grateful that this is my work. And that I get to walk alongside women as they remember the parts of themselves that may have gotten quiet beneath all the roles, expectations, and noise.

Back to the woman we’ve always been.
Back to nature.
Back to each other baby.

Vegas has been gloomy lately…

It’s saddens my heart to hear “I’m not _____ enough/yet to take this dance class” because I know the want is there, but something is still holding that person back. I’m no stranger to this feeling honestly. For example, there’s been times I’ve told myself I’m not fit enough to go to the gym. Some may laugh, but I know others who can relate. If confidence is challenging, I challenge you to let go of your fears and see what can happen when you let yourself. Let yourself make mistakes. Let yourself come “imperfect”. Let yourself take up space. All is welcome & supported here.🖤 @rhythm.afterdark

Being an artist feels like a paradoxical dance between the desire to be seen and the impulse to hide. I’ve found so much freedom in movement, meditation, and breath work and this journey of self-acceptance is what nourishes my creativity.

The more I connect with and embraces my true self, the more powerful and expressive my art becomes.

I’m learning to let go of fear of criticism or misunderstanding. Learning to ride waves of unpleasant sensations with ease and lightness rather than fear and intensity. Making my art a mirror of my innermost self.
