My first ever swap!!! This is the journal I made for @malta0209 for my very first swap. This lovely is now all the way in Japan. I hope Malta will have fun with it as much as I had putting it together. I used several digitals from several great artists for my pages. Of course, I couldn’t help but incorporate some vintage fabrics, trims and laces. Some hand and machine stitching too 🤗. The swap was quite an experience as I had to do a bit of ‘underground work’ 😅. What is Malta’s favourite color? Does she like florals? Or grunge? Is she more of a delicate, romantic or grunge kind of an artist? It was a lot of fun! But the most fun part was discovering that in the process I was building a lovely relationship with a new friend! I just absolute love this community. Thank you dear Malta for reaching out to do this swap and thanks for everything most specially your friendship. I love you all dear friends!!!🙏🫶❤️😘

Hello, my dear friends 👋💕 It has been such a long time since my last post, and I want to thank you for your patience while I was away. The reason for my little break is that I had the wonderful opportunity to travel to Japan — a trip that has been a dream of mine for such a long time. While I was there, something very special happened: I finally got to meet my dear friend Ayako ( @malta0209 ) in person! 🌸 Ayako and I had planned a journal swap, and coincidentally, her beautiful journal arrived at my home during the exact time I was away in Japan. Luckily, my sweet mom received the package on my behalf and kept it safe for me until I returned. After coming back, life became quite busy, so it wasn’t until today that I was finally able to sit down, open the package with care, and truly enjoy every little detail she had prepared for me. Words cannot describe how much joy her journal brought me the moment I held it in my hands. Each page was filled with so much love, effort, and thoughtfulness. The colors were chosen so carefully, the decorations were delightful, and the entire journal radiated Ayako’s creativity and kindness. ✨ Along with the journal, she included so many beautiful goodies that felt like tiny treasures, each one adding even more magic to the experience. Today, I also managed to record a video showing everything that was inside Ayako’s wonderful package 📦💝. I will be uploading it very soon to my YouTube channel so you can all see her beautiful work and the thoughtful treasures she shared with me. 🎥💫 Ayako, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time, energy, and love you poured into creating this masterpiece for me. I can truly feel the dedication and joy you put into every detail.
