I jumped out of his moving Corvette to avoid kissing him!

It’s been 35 years and now I don’t get enough of those lips!

1984-Waynes Prom

This pic was taken by Wayne’s dad and I’m eternally grateful!

My folks wouldn’t let me date until I was 16 but they wanted me to marry Wayne so badly they let me go to his prom at 15 anyway!

As Wayne pulled in front of my house to drop me off, I was so worried he would try to kiss me at the door that I bailed out of his corvette before the wheels stopped, praying I wouldn’t trip on that long dress!

35 years later, we’ve raised six children, welcomed 3 DIL’s, 5 grandchildren, weathered storms, shared adventures, and built a life together that neither of us could have imagined back then!

“I luv u, I adore u! I’ll have you want me more and more!💞”

Happy Anniversary to my Prince Charming!
What ridiculous thing did you do while dating your current spouse? I’d love 35 stories to celebrate!

Last week we enjoyed some Birria and tacos in Playa Del Carmen Mexico…the meal left such a mark we came home and searched it out. We found it! Off Whitestone and Lakeline in a little blue trailer, Mamis Taco’s. Go get it and never be the same!

It’s official, we’re a farm family. A morning spent with our long lost goat Alice and her baby goat friends makes me think every family should have farm animals. Happy Saturday!

“True friends take care of each other, watch out for each other, and are there for each other through thick and thin as that’s what friendship is about.”

Last week Ali and I met halfway between our distances and landed in Texas! It was the best girl time to catch up with uninterrupted conversation (7 kids between the 2 of us, make us start and stop most talks these days🤪) eat all the delicious food, meet up with old friends and attend the temple. It’s been a hard year in some ways and amazing in others but having a friend who just gets you and has always been there makes life just a little more special.

I feel so lucky to have incredible women in my life. Ones I look up to, confide in and can laugh like a kid with!

Spent 2 days with Londonites Ari and Philly Azimi showing off Austin, hoping it’s Relo-time for my friends. Easily some of our favorite people.
