Tag @dailyfoodfolio to share your own delicious creations and join our amazing foodie community. Ingredients… Chicken breasts, cornstarch, oil, orange sauce, green onions, rice, sesame seeds. Method… Begin by cubing the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Place the cubed chicken in a bowl and coat it evenly with cornstarch. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken in batches, ensuring the pieces are golden brown before removing them from the skillet. Repeat the process until all the chicken is cooked. Once all the chicken is cooked, return it to the skillet and pour in the orange sauce. Allow the chicken to simmer in the sauce for a few minutes, letting the flavours meld together. To serve, spoon rice into a bowl and top it with the orange chicken. Drizzle any leftover sauce from the skillet over the dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onions. Enjoy! #foodfolio #homecooked #homemademeals #foodinspiration #foodfoliochallenge #orangechicken #chickendinner #mamascooking #deliciousmeals It is important to note that this is the cooks recipe.
