♦️The Lowdown♦️Our kids are living in the most connected era in history — and somehow, they’re also the least physically active. The US Physical Activity Alliance gave American kids a D- in 2024 — with only 20–28% of children ages 6–17 meeting the recommended 60 minutes of daily movement. Meanwhile, kids ages 8–18 average 7.5 hours of screen time per day for entertainment alone. And approximately 1 in 5 US children now have obesity, according to the CDC. And yes — AI and algorithm-driven apps are part of the problem. They’re designed to keep little eyes glued to screens, not to support growing bodies and brains. But here’s what we know: movement is medicine. It builds stronger bones, sharper minds, better mental health, and kids who are more confident in their own skin. That’s why we built Perspirology — and why we created Lil Bouncers. 🎉 Whether you’re local to Sea Bright or Middletown NJ, or anywhere in the country — your kids can move with us. Free trampoline workouts are on our Lil Bouncers YouTube channel right now. All you need is a mini trampoline and a little floor space. No gym. Just joy. 👇 Drop a 🏀 below if you’re ready to get your little ones MOVING. 🔗 Link in bio for classes + YouTube #KidsFitness #LilBouncers #Perspirology #ChildhoodObesity #KidsHealth
