PANALO, babalikan kita @mamanamsph 🥹✨ Inihaw na Pecho - You can choose either garlic rice or java rice. Price: Php295 Roasted Bone Marrow and Pepita Pao. Grabe, this melts in your mouth and perfect combination with the fried bread. Price: Php395 Chicharon Bulaklak. It’s wonderful. Price: Php230 Fresh Lumpia. Sakto size for 1 pax. Price: Php70 Inihaw na Isaw. Per stick is Php55. I was amazed. It’s a different kind of isaw. @mamanamsph is in 832a Antonio Arnaiz Ave., Makati City. Their dine in seats can accommodate up to 10 pax (I think).

Let’s take a quick break from matcha and coffee content because I just discovered that @manamph actually has a grilling house around Arnaiz, Makati called @mamanamsph — and if you love Filipino grilled food, this might be your next stop. 🔥🍗 I ordered the Chicken Inasal (you can choose between inasal or inihaw). Since I’m in love with that Bacolod-style chicken, I obviously picked inasal. It came out smoky with slightly toasted edges — that kind of char that makes it extra appetizing. The chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It leans toward a sweet-and-sour profile, and honestly, it’s already flavorful on its own even without sauce. But if you want to level it up, a quick dip in soy sauce adds that extra savory kick. We also got their chicken skin, and this was my favorite. Crispy, lightly seasoned, and sooo good when dipped in vinegar. Simple but super satisfying. We tried their isaw too (not in the photo because I already ate it 😭😂). It was clean, generously sized, and definitely bigger than the usual street-style ones. If I’m being honest though, I kinda wish I picked the inihaw version instead. The inasal here leans more on the sour side — a bit too sour for my preference. I wouldn’t recommend dipping it in vinegar anymore if you choose inasal because it might get too acidic na. The space is small — they can probably accommodate around 8–10 people max — so it feels intimate and casual. Service was attentive and mabilis, which I appreciate. If you’re around Makati and craving grilled Filipino comfort food, this is worth checking out. Would you go for inasal or inihaw? 👀🔥 #MakatiEats #FilipinoFoodLovers #InasalCravings #GrillHousePH #FoodieFindsPH SupportLocalPH

If you want to taste the heart of the Philippines 🇵🇭… here’s the perfect order. @manamph First — a cold glass of fresh calamansi juice 🍋 The Philippines’ own citrus. Sweet, tangy, refreshing — the perfect tropical start. Next — Seafood Pancit Palabok 🦐 Rich garlic sauce, shrimp, smoked fish, egg, and that signature squeeze of calamansi. Pure comfort. Then — Fresh Lumpia 🌯 Soft crepe, sautéed vegetables, heart of palm, and sweet garlic sauce. Light, fresh, unforgettable. And finally — Bulalo 🍲 Slow-simmered beef shank, bone marrow, corn, and cabbage in a deep, soulful broth. Filipino warmth in a bowl. One drink. Three iconic dishes. Authentic Filipino flavor. Love the Philippines. ❤️🇵🇭 #FilipinoFood #LoveThePhilippines #CalamansiJuice #PancitPalabok #FreshLumpia Bulalo FoodieTravel
