first of all i want to thank all of you who have sent me happy birthday wishes. i feel so grateful for every single one of you.

i'm 28 now, and 20 years ago was the first time i set foot on this island.. and it changed my life forever.

a note i wrote a few days ago.. "it just feels crazier every time i'm here. i've been traveling to this island since i was 8 years old with my family, and this year marks our 20th anniversary of coming back to koh lanta. i can't even put into words how much this island means to me. the feeling of being home. the peace inside of me, in my mind & soul. the feeling of true happiness. being able to be the most authentic version of me. the people here make me feel alive. the food is healing me. the nature is grounding me. the ocean feels like my world." 🌊🥥🌞🌿✨
