The side of Rishikesh and Haridwar that tourists never see (wait until slide 4) 🏔️🗑️

Going from steep mountain ridges straight to the summit of the city's largest waste dump hits hard. All while the team pushed through another gruelling 42 km marathon each day to take action on plastic pollution—dodging cows, navigating chaos, and meeting incredible locals along the way.

❤️‍🩹Sometimes the greatest act of love is walking away from the dream you helped build, so it can keep living.

❤️My wife is leaving PAPERSHOES to return to work and help fund our mission so the dream can continue. While I run for a plastic-free future, she’s making her own sacrifice.

The hardest part isn’t running 42.2km a day across India... it’s saying goodbye to the love of my life for two months.
Behind every dream is a
sacrifice the world never sees❤️‍🩹🌎🌱

That air quality at the end 🤯😨

Everyone warned us about Delhi, but the air quality monitor hit a number we didn’t think was possible in a town. Wait until you see what caused it …

Where in India would you expect to have the worst air quality rating?

When people think of Indian wildlife, they think Tigers, Elephants, or Cobras. Almost nobody guesses this little guy.

This is the Five-striped Palm Squirrel - one of the most successful mammals in India. Highly adaptable, found across some of India’s biggest cities, and its vocalisation sounds like a bird!

Were you aware that squirrels are everywhere in India? Let us know below 👇
