Recently I held space for a beautiful sister who reached out to me to take her through an embodiment journey.

It was so magical that I felt called to create an ongoing offering around the journey we went on.

There is something so beautiful about being in a 1:1 in person space. It’s so intimate, so supportive & I can really guide you from a deep attunement of having all my attention on your system.

I loved this journey so much & hope to see you in the Temple @manatemple.studio

DM me to book ❤️‍🔥🫶 xx

They say your greatest asset is your people, and I couldn’t agree more. ❤️

As a thank you to the incredible team behind Forever Flowering, I wanted to give them something that’s given me so much over the years.

Carla @imasoulqueen has retreats that have helped me through some of the biggest highs and lowest lows in both my business and personal life. Sharing that experience with my team felt really special.

A day of meditation, sound healing, massages, beautiful food and time to simply slow down and reconnect.

And to my Forever Flowering family, thank you for everything you do. You care for this business as if it were your own, and together we create pieces that bring happiness into homes all across Australia. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. 🤍

Thank you, @imasoulqueen and @manatemple.studio for holding such a beautiful space. Also thank you @maiaveda for your hosting us for the sound healing and massages

THE INNER TEMPLE
A Women’s Circle hosted by Chelsey

This is where we gather

🌹 Building real community
🫳 A space to be held and to hold others
🔻 Nervous system regulation in a shared field
🤲 Women, sitting in truth

Rebuilding something we’ve lost. The web of women.
The quiet support. The unspoken understanding.

No pressure to share
No expectation to show up a certain way
You come as you are
And let the room meet you there

🕯 We sit
🕯 We soften
🕯 We regulate together

This is how safety is relearned

FIRST GATHERING @ THE TEMPLE

I am so proud of these badass women who arrived knowing nothing, no one, unsure, nervous and hesitant.

But by the end found their sisterhood. Worked though some huge patterns, broke shit up, totally gave it all in circle and eventually found their way back to a new self.

It was an honour to watch them move through the decent and into integration.

🙏 READ THEM SLOWLY. 🙏

When survival has been the norm, softening feels kind of radical and maybe a little dangerous, because safety takes repetition.

These are the reminders I share with clients again and again. Simple truths that bring the body back online.

Read them slowly.
Let them land.
Lock them in your memory and let them be your permission slips for the parts of you that forget you’re allowed to begin again.
