FFL Feature : Amerstiche (2025) Produced by Jessie Zhai Amberstiche is a delicate tapestry of live-action and 3D artistry, where amber emerges as the luminous heart of our narrative. Within its embrace, the final moments of four half-human, half-beast beings are eternally preserved—a haunting echo of life stilled in time. Through this vision, we invite audiences to reflect on the profound imprint of human activity and to ponder the intricate web that binds all living beings in shared existence. 💥 Queer Opacity 💥 Curated by Maya Uppal (@mayalikethemonth), our Young People’s Programmer. This @unioftheartslondon Showcase Collection responds to Édouard Glissant’s ‘right to opacity’, challenging the demand for queer legibility. These projects resist confession and simple binaries of visibility. They invent new modes of transgression, embrace contradiction and affirm that queerness is not a universal experience, but a fluid, multifaceted force that cannot be contained. 🔗 Check out the full collection ‘Queer Opacity’ through the link in our bio - Credits ( in post sequence): 🔸 Decolonising families for their queer children by Maulika Jain (@maulikajain), 2024 MA Applied Imagination, CSM 🔸Queer Repair Manual for Park Buildings by Lauren Dennis (@daurenlennis), 2024 M ARCH: Architecture, CSM 🔸To My Future, Non-Existent Children by Cristóbal Ayala Roche (@sin__tesis), 2024 BA (Hons) Graphic Communication Design, CSM 🔸 'MADE ME THINK OF YOU XXX' by Arabella Muir (@bxllemuirart), 2024 BA (Hons) Fine Art, @chelseaual 🔸 My Dear Boy by Guillem Rojo Torres (@guillemrojoo), 2024 MA Graphic Communication Design, CSM 🔸Girls Gone Wild by Sabine Galvez (@nonagonnnnn), 2024 BA (Hons) Performance: Design and Practice, CSM 🔸Where Shadows Rest Mancheng Ma (@mancheng_ma), 2024 MA Fashion, Film and Digital Production, London College of Fashion, UAL 🔸SK1N_00 by Miguel Martim (@miguel_martim), 2024 MA Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies, CSM 🔸 Of being(s) by Rory Bakker-Marshall (@roryborealis), 2024 BA (Hons) Fine Art, CSM 🔸TRANSMUTATION by Charlie Jimenez (@anetherealbooth), 2024 BA (Hons) Performance: Design and Practice, CSM 🔸Compressed Masculinity Shengwang (Lance) Lin (@lancelin.art), BA (Hons) Illustration and Visual Media, @lcclondon
