The good, the bad and the ugly

Coming up to 2 weeks post-show now, coach told me that I need to lock back in and in all honesty, yeah I meed to 😅

Nevertheless, here are some bits of my life from the past couple weeks

#bodybuilding #naturalbodybuilding #postshowblues #gymmotivation #natty

Worst protein shake ever. Stick to @esncom.uk whey isolate or designer whey

code LIN at checkout to save money 👀

I’m not weak, it is definitely just this Smith being a heavy one, I promise……

I’m turning up at Muscleworks as a bottle of deodorant this Halloween because some of you are clearly scared of it

Wasn’t even a train table, I was sat sideways on a train seat outside the stanky train toilet lol

Need bigger legs lol

RIP egg yolk

Sorry for TMI, but if you scrolled to the end here then I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine 🫶🏼

God bless, Prague. Headed back home with no regrets, no reservations and the assurance we needed to throw everything we have at the Pro League.

A very special debut season. Now, time to close the gap.

Arms with coach @neil_yoda_hill1 at @the_dragons_lair 🐉

I don’t get too much direct arm work in my programming, so this session was a gift.

For a fella who loves to talk, it’s hard to find the words today.

Second call out in the deepest European line up of the season.
Beating guys in 28 man lineup made up of some of the best in the world.
24 years old.
4th ever show.

@liamwatson_ifbbpro I could not be more proud of you. To the moon, my friend.

‘Nothing but f**kin GAS.’

Game day here in Prague with the only expectations being an improved look.

Time to close the door on a special prep. Proud.
