“A fabulous group of amazing yoga teachers from near and far who just completed their Restorative Yoga certification this weekend! What an incredible weekend and I am so honored to have guided them and so grateful for their presence! On to making the world a more restful /peaceful place!” @pamela.godde

✨Congrats to everyone who attended this special weekend immersion in RESTORATIVE YOGA and the art of deep relaxation expertly guided by our own Pamela Godde! 🙏🏻

It was a heartwarming experience to have Yogis come together at PRANA and also join live online from as far away as New York & Vancouver!

A huge thank you to Pam for sharing her wealth of knowledge and open heart. 💜 Pam truly embodies what she teaches.

🌟🌟🌟
“Pamela is an amazing teacher/instructor with years of expertise and love for the restorative practice. She has learned from the best and it shines through when she shares her techniques and knowledge of the poses and teaches others! I highly recommend this training to anyone wanting to expand their knowledge or teach restorative yoga. Pam allows you to be creative in how you deliver the class and makes it feel like an art. Whether meditation, visualization, sound healing, voice, or aromatherapy are things you would like to accompany the poses- she helps you dive into those different tools and what works best and when. Thank you, Pamela and Prana Yoga Center! Always a peaceful place to learn!”
