Sunday client inspo ✨

Mandy lost 5kg in her first 3 months. By month 5, she’d gone from 79kg to 68kg.

All while juggling life as a new mum and business owner.

When we first started, I told Mandy it wasn’t going to be easy. Her life looked different now, and making this work would require commitment.

And she showed up. Week after week.

We kept things practical. Two training sessions a week, intentional eating, and no extreme diets or excessive cardio.

But what made me proudest wasn’t just the weight loss.

It was watching her:

👉🏼 Grow more confident and consistent in her training
👉🏼 Take ownership of her nutrition without constant reminders
👉🏼 Celebrate her little wins, from looser clothes to a flatter tummy

And the best part? We’re only getting started. 🔥

I’m looking for 3 busy mums who want to lose fat, get stronger and feel confident in their bodies again in the next 90 days.

DM me “MUM” and I’ll send you the coaching details.

2 weeks late but august was kind of special to me in all sorts of ways. closed doors, opened doors. new relationships formed, old relationship forged..

what if life is never meant to be live comfortably? but to live in ways that makes your heart feels alive?

just reminding myself daily, weekly, monthly - that my God is a good God and He is definitely onto something for me and with me. x

goodbye August (yes we are half way in Sept I know huhu)#adelechowrecaps
