This week, we’re celebrating the incredible instructors who inspire, motivate, and support our community every single day. Their energy, encouragement, and passion are what make Ritual what it is.

Help us show them some love by leaving a handwritten note with a thank you, favorite memory, or words of appreciation at the studio or send us a DM. Every note will be gifted to its instructor at the end of the week.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our amazing team 🤍

POV: You thought you signed up for cute lavender Pilates vibes… but @hausofflo.studios introduced you to Pilates spicy sister 😅💜🔥

Me and my girl @lalopez117 walked into Sculpt & Bloom thinking soft girl wellness… and baby that Lagree Megaformer had other plans 😂

She’s cute. She’s fancy. She’s HUMBLING. 💅🏾
Slow controlled movements + resistance + core work = a full body shake I was NOT prepared for 😭💪🏾

But this experience was so much more than a workout ✨
@hausofflo.studios created a space to romanticize movement, celebrate our bodies, connect with amazing women, and give each other our flowers… literally 💐

After the burn came the balance — cocktails 🥂by @shelivestostir , light bites, beautiful floral arrangements 💐 and all the luxury self-care vibes. 💜

A little sweat. A little sisterhood. A whole lot of intentional living ✨

And baby… @hausofflo.studios is just getting started 👀
Stay tuned for my Pilates After Dark: Pickleball Edition recap 🏓💜

Check out their upcoming experiences & if you go… tell them D Renee sent you 💅🏾✨

Now excuse me while me and the Megaformer recover from our situationship 😂🔥
