my attempt at brain stacking 🧠🧩

☁️i’ve been seeing people everywhere doing this and of course @mandyrulezzz 🖤

I have become such a puzzle lover and it’s been such a fun way to stop scrolling so much especially when watching TV and films because I always need to be doing things 🖤

{the lighting in this picture was awful so have a b&w edition}

The weather is cozy, my brain is rotting, and I’m avoiding the reality of growing older in a few weeks. 🫠😂

Then I saw @mandyrulezzz brain stacks and had to try them! 📚✨ Here’s my little attempt at getting out of this slump. Should I share more of these? ❤️🫶🧿

Brain stacking has been getting me through my days in such an intentional way 🧠✨

Starting a day exactly how you want to finish it is the recipe for a positive + productive week and honestly life 👏🏽

Sometimes we get caught in the hustle and bustle of it all and forget we have the tools to slow down, reset, and give our brains a rest 🥲

I hope to continue to implement these moments of peace in my daily routine!

Gewoon even lekker offline bezig zijn. 😀

Ga jij dit ook proberen? 📵
