HAPPY MONDAY RAMS!

My name is Melanie Blackman and I will be taking over this week to tell you about the VCU Heart Walk happening THIS SATURDAY🤗 But first let me tell you a little bit about myself- I am a senior biomedical engineering student here at VCU and I’m hoping to go to medical school after I graduate.
👩🏼‍⚕️ Over the past 3 years I’ve fallen in love with VCU and gotten involved with some things here on campus. Just to name a few: I am the president of @alphagamvcu ❤️💛💚. I’ve been an officer for the Biomedical Engineering Society for 3 years🧬. I also work as a medical scribe in outpatient internal medicine at MCV.🏥 🐏
I’m a big fan of the TelegRAM! I read it every morning. So last year when I saw something in the TelegRAM about the VCU heart walk, I knew I had to get involved. I am now the student coordinator for the heart walk and I want you to get involved too!

I can’t wait to share more information about the walk this week. Check back tomorrow for more!
