Meet Mandy!

You want a break from being in your head and start to feel good in your body? This class is perfect for you. Dance is feeling! Words can’t always explain and they don’t have to. Come dance in a chill environment where there is space to really let go. In my class we will work on the intention of moving, movement qualities and researching. The class is Contemporary based and is a mix of guided improvisation and choreography.

Dansen is voelen! #5TTM #5timestomove

✨ THE 2026 STUKAFEST AMS INDUCTEES ✨

Everything is under control. Or is it? 🌀

Ever felt like you’re drowning in a sea of forced normalization?
Meet 9-5, the final act joining our main 2026 lineup! Performing at @supermercator , makers Mandy van Silfhout and Indy Dikkeboom (AHK) dive deep into the pressure of “having it all together.”

9-5 is here to tear down the structure. Through raw movement and creative exploration, they expose the exhaustion of corporate expectations and the fear of falling outside the lines. 💥

Get your tickets!!!

In this space, you will see her speak.
Not yet visible to you, but already felt by them.
For now, she still rests safely beneath the blanket.
But this will not last forever.
This will change for one simple reason, because no matter how well you try to hide her: the soul always finds its way to step into the outside world.
