Narakah - Nemesis Cloak

'Black Nakat-Obi' Version With Hot Pink / Tangerine With Black Splatter LP - 15 copies

Intense deathgrind with an outwardly aggressive approach that brings in some hardcore swagger to pulverize all. Roughly 18 tracks in 20 minutes, Nemesis Cloak wastes no time at all in their barrage of violence.

Over the top, as music of this ilk should always be, Narakah delivers some mean and twisted tracks.

Finally posting a new record, got this bad boy in last week but my sinuses decided to become rocks in my head so I could barely move.

Today, the formidable @narakah_grind !!! Today it is Nemesis Cloak, maybe the best Narakah has sounded? Idk it’s hard to say when all their material is insanely good. This and the SSR release has to be the most intense releases in my collection.

Originally pressed by @mangoerecords , this release is a “Band Only” colorway, BUT, has a redesigned OBI strip, redesigned Northeast Deathgrind Syndicate sticker, and redesigned inserts with new photography as well as either a signed piece of art or a poster from @greyariadesignstudio . This was an INSTANT grab from me, like all that makes for a PERFECT storm of deathgrind goodness. There’s still like, what 2 copies left??? GO GET ONE.

Now to talk about the album, this is peak. Grindy, gutteral, highs, drums go nuts and the guitars follow suit. They have the PS1 start up sound like half way through and that’s lit. These lyrics too?? Insane, screamed like the ramblings of a man gone mad. It’s so good.

The art print I got btw? Insanely sick. Just no words to describe how much I love it. May get it framed even.

Lastly we got Bella, she wanted to grind around and find out😈

August11 @ V99 with/

SLUTBOMB (Mangoe Records, Ohio, USA)

"Plays metallic thrash fastcore that reminds me of CAPITALI$T ALIENATION meets wild ’90s street punk. They are by no means sloppy, but the delivery is hasty and has that intense early death/thrash delivery. Parts sound like MANKIND?, parts sound like IRON REAGAN. Lead guitar soloing is on point. There are moments of twangy country rock, quickly interrupted by churning hardcore. Honestly, I’m having a hard time describing this one. Its various changes are impressive and at times distracting. The production could be heavier on the bass-and-kick side, but SLUTBOMB has many elements of punk and metal, and it doesn’t let up—they really put a lot of songwriting into this LP, which could easily have been four spoonfuls of EP sugar. But SLUTBOMB don’t play that way. Sixteen tracks of maniacal thrashcore with anarchistic tones and filled with independent identity." MRR by Jason Ryan
