--dinner in the garden--

-a fall dinner for things changing, ending, and worth remembering.-

On November 7th, I invite you to join me at Manheim Gardens for an evening of food, music, conversation, and gathering.

-This is a communal feast, and your participation is what makes it possible.-
I'll be preparing food for the table, and I warmly encourage everyone who is able to bring a dish, a snack, some bread, or anything they'd like to share! The food you bring is an offering to those around you. Together, we'll build a table where we can provide for one another, including people we may have never met. Food to share is encouraged, but never required to be welcome.

Beyond food, I invite you to bring a story, a memory, a question, or a toast to something worth remembering. I hope to make space for conversations about change, uncertainty, and the things we value, bringing people together who might not otherwise share a table. And, for a little fun, you're encouraged to dress as something disappearing, something you wish to preserve, a future version of yourself, an obsolete profession, or simply as you are!

I'm grateful to be hosting this gathering at -*Manheim Gardens*-, a community garden where neighbors come together around growing, sharing, and caring for a place. As colder months approach, it feels meaningful to gather somewhere shaped by cycles of growth and renewal. I'm thankful to those who care for this space and are welcoming us into it.

I'm also excited to collaborate with -*With What's Left*-, whose experimental and improvisational music will open and close our evening. I'm grateful for their generosity in sharing their music with us!

**Saturday, November 7th | 5–8 PM**
**Manheim Gardens | 4229 Forest Ave, Kansas City, MO**

🥣 If you're able, please bring a bowl and spoon for yourself! We'll have some extras available, but bringing your own will help us accommodate everyone and reduce waste.

Free and open to all. Outdoors, so please dress warmly!

I hope you'll join us. ♡ Promotional poster for “Dinner in the Garden,” a communal fall potluck at Manheim Gardens on Saturday, November 7th, from 5–8 PM. The poster features an experimental, vintage-inspired design with distressed black typography, muted pink imagery, and a textured, handmade appearance. Text reads: “A fall dinner for things changing, ending, and worth remembering.” Additional text invites everyone to attend, encourages bringing food to share, and announces live music by With What's Left. The event takes place at 4229 Forest Avenue in Kansas City. Outdoors; dress warmly.

Do you enjoy spending time in nature and listening to cutting edge electronic music on boutique sound systems?

How about drinking hot tea around the fire with cool people who enjoy throwing underground events?

Then I've got just the Saturday night festivity for you... and to top it off, it's FREE.

Come celebrate the changing of the seasons this Saturday @manheimgardens

@echosystem.cough and @_mr.bungalow will be playing extended sets on the Zeta Sound System underneath the oak trees.
