We had a massive weekend at Pūtahi Marae running the first Te Hononga o Ngā Awa Whānau Wānanga, focusing on taiao & taonga.

Firstly we acknowledge THONA for enabling and supporting this rangatahi-driven event.

We also acknowledge the contributions of Clare Foundation which enabled us to expand the wānanga.

Ka kore e mutu ngā mihi ki tō tātau Marae, otirā ki ngā whānau katoa i tae mai kia whakamana i te wānanga. Endless thanks to our Marae and the many whānau that came through to support the wānanga.

Ka nui te mihi kia koutou katoa e hikahika nei te ahi o ēnei mahi, o ēnei kaupapa, hei ara mā tātau 🌀
