Last week I co-launched @atlea.de — the first protein powder designed specifically for women. Playing outside of hyper-male-performance or, equally outdated, weight-loss culture, @atlea.de picks up on something the wellness industry hasn't been selling yet: fun, joy, and a little flirtation with a healthy ritual.

The flavours are inspired by co-founder's @yazminacabrera home on the Canarian Islands: mango-maracuya-papaya, dragonfruit-strawberry, coconut-vanilla-blue spirulina. And so was the set-up and the menu. Family-style to stay close to island culture.

Melon and cucumber ceviche, pickled elderflower, chives oil.
Panisse, carrot mousse.
Tomato and smoked strawberry salsa.
Green asparagus, caramelised apricot, grilled spring onion, sesame seed oil.
White beans, coconut, black garlic.
Coconut panna cotta, black currant, fig leaf oil.

Creative production: @olya____o
Drinks: @schaetzel3000 by @drops.contemporary.wines
Flowers: @maypop_flowers
Photography: @nadine.schoenfeld.photography
Glass goodies: @haydesign
Music selection: @oliverraunjak_
