Okay I admit it… I’m almost as obsessed with your venue as I am with you🫣

If there’s an old staircase, a dramatic window, ivy crawling up a wall, a weird little corner with good light, or basically any ounce of character… I am going to find it.

I love greenery, architecture, texture, charm, and all the details that make a place feel special, so I’m always thinking about how to photograph you in the setting instead of just in front of it.

Basically: you’re the main character, but the venue is absolutely getting a supporting role.

Hi, I’m Manning! You may have seen me around here this summer, but I figured it was time to officially introduce myself! I’ve been interning with Hailey Kolbe Design since the end of last spring, and I’m pretty stoked that I get to stick around for the fall.
A lot of my work happens behind the scenes, from procurement and social media to jumping in wherever I can to help our designers. I’m currently studying Communication with a certificate in Social Media at Texas A&M and plan to graduate in Fall 2027.
If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I love people and I love to work. I genuinely find so much joy in serving others, working hard, and getting to be part of something bigger than myself. My faith is the foundation of who I am, and above everything else, my identity is as a daughter of the one true King. My hope is that you can see that in the way I love, work, and serve the people around me.
I’ve always been a creative at heart, so getting to work in an industry that pushes me, teaches me, and gives me a place to use that creativity is pretty special. There’s something so meaningful about getting to play even a small role in creating a home that reflects the people who live there.
A few things about me:
• I’m an artist and almost always have some kind of creative project going.
• I also work in the wedding floral industry.
• I just got engaged to my best friend!
• I have a slight (major) blue + white china obsession… and working with Hailey has definitely not helped.
Simply put, this industry fires me up. I’m excited to keep learning, working hard, loving people, and soaking up everything I can while I’m here. So grateful for another season with the HKD team!

A few from my brother’s proposal yesterday 🤍

He’s always been the biggest romantic, and getting to watch him love and cherish Manning makes me so happy. I couldn’t have picked a better person for him, and now I’m gaining another sister!

Gabriel, I’m so incredibly proud of the person you’ve become and the person you’ve always been at heart. I love you both so much!
