🥩🔥 3.5 LBS OF PURE BEEF PERFECTION! 🔥🥩

This massive 3.5 lb Cowboy Ribeye from @raiderredmeats deserved the royal treatment! 🥩🤠

Started by seasoning this beast with @pawpaflavor Bearly Legal SPG, then onto the @traegergrills with @bearmountainbbq Pellets for that perfect smoky flavor. 💨🔥

Once the internal temperature hit 120°F, it was time to crank up the heat! Moved it over to the @monumentgrills for a blazing hot direct-heat sear to build that beautiful crust. 🔥

After a good rest, I grabbed my @mannkitchen knife and sliced into this monster!

🔥 Smoky flavor
🥩 Beautiful sear
🔪 Juicy, tender slices
💯 Steakhouse quality right in the backyard!

Low and slow, then hot and fast! That’s how you cook a Cowboy Ribeye! 🤠🥩

How do you like your ribeye cooked? 👇

🍔🔥 DOUBLE SMASHED CHEESEBURGER NIGHT! 🔥🍔

Who says you need to fire up the outdoor grill to make an incredible burger?!

Tonight I put my @ninjakitchen Indoor Grill to work with some quality beef from @culbertsoncattlecompany ! 🥩

Used my @mannkitchen spatula to get that perfect smash and those crispy, caramelized edges! 🔥

Then broke out my @grindgourmet1 to precisely season the beef with freshly ground salt and pepper. Sometimes simple seasoning is all you need when you’re working with great beef! 👌

The end result? A juicy DOUBLE SMASHED CHEESEBURGER 🧀🍔 stacked with melty cheese, @kingsauce.1 , and buttery pickles!

Crispy edges, juicy center, melted cheese, and that perfect sauce-to-burger ratio! 💯

Who else loves a good smashburger?! 🙋‍♂️

Today Grandma is Vietnamese 👵🏻🇻🇳 and we’re making Canh Chua with Crispy Sea Bream 🐟🍲

A vibrant sweet-and-sour broth with pineapple, tomatoes, courgettes and fresh coriander, topped with golden, crispy-skinned sea bream and finished with a squeeze of lime. Fresh, fragrant and seriously comforting! 🤤🔥

Where should Grandma be from next? Leave it in the comments! 👇

Last week I put a post on asking for prize donations for a charity event we are supporting today for a youth group near Clacton.
WOW YOU GUYS SHOWED UP 🥹 There will be plenty more pics to come, but for now the biggest THANKYOU to all of you. Also, it’s my birthday next week if anyone wants to send anything for that 😉

IF MY GRANDMA WAS JAPANESE… 🍛🐟

She’d definitely be making Crispy Cod Katsu 🤤

And the best bit? 15 minutes in the air fryer. 👌

Would you swap the classic chicken for cod? 👀
