Had the pleasure of acting in the first public reading of @marcunderscorehills new play “Shrapnel” last night @thebroadwaterla.
So proud of Marc and the rest of these guys. It’s been an absolute thrill working on it with this cast and I’m beyond excited to see the play grows from here.

About 2 and a half years ago I was in NYC working on a show, and on a night off I was taking the bus down from uptown to see a friends show in the village, and I decided to read a play that my good friend, collaborator , and incredible actor Ethan “Johnnie” Phillips gave me to read, as he was in a production of this play at the Pasadena Playhouse back in 2001 and he said I must read it. I remember riding that bus and experiencing many emotions from laughing to crying to jubilation to heartache, reading the incredible words written by Warren Leight. This play has stayed with me almost every day since then. I know these characters, I know these families, I know these musicians, I know this city, I know these clubs, I know down to my core the humanity in Warren’s writing and I am so grateful to him and everyone involved in putting on a showcase of this extraordinary play. One week left until the show, and i cant wait for the discovery that continues to occur while working on this beautiful story. #theatre #play #stage

👉🏼 Michael Kellman's directorial debut SAY LESS is a film that actually says quite a lot...

⭐ Starring Jenny Lange, Matt Linton, Manny Spero, Genny Wick, Taylor Garriga, Phillip Casnoff, Roxanne Hart

Opening like your fairly typical teen drama, this independent film blends tension, awkward humour and emotional honesty as one chaotic night spirals out of control 😬👀

Catch it on Amazon and Apple TV if you're in North America- hopefully more countries to follow!!
