Monday starts with M
You know what else starts with M?
One of our most valued members Musa! @mansa99musa

If you’ve been to UAC West…
you’ve met Musa.

And if you haven’t—

You will.

The guy who greets you like he’s known you for years.
Brings energy every session.
And somehow makes the whole place feel different.

Not just a member.

Part of what makes UAC West what it is <3

SUNDAY SPOTLIGHT – MUSA TOURE

If you’ve trained at UAC, you already know Musa.

If you haven’t… you’ve definitely heard him.

Originally from Brisbane, Musa brought his high-level basketball background down to Melbourne—and somehow decided the real competition was making sure everyone else trains harder.

He’s the guy hyping you up mid-set.
The guy starting conversations with anyone.
The guy who doesn’t care what’s going on—he’s just there to lift the room.

No ego. No nonsense. Just energy.

And yeah… he’s looking unreal right now too.

But more importantly—he makes everyone else better just by being here.

Every facility needs someone like Musa in their corner.
We’re lucky he’s in ours.

Huge thanks to F.A.T Fried and Tasty for having me and my mates! You guys cooked us an amazing meal – seriously hit the spot. Every time I finish a weight cut and fight the first place I go to celebrate victory is at F.A.T. – it’s become a little victory tradition for me!

Appreciate the love and the meal. Means a lot. Always good vibes and even better food. You never disappoint!
