Now Shipping: [POH022/ABM-70] MANSERUNT (ITA / DEU) - Geist LP Genre: Black Metal 'Manserunt are the hands that gouge and strangle from the shadows, completely void of human experience or empathy, it exists simply to punish the listener and educe a trance that is about both times sublime and unsettling. It’s an alluring type of violence and bitterness that spews forth from this release. The only thing that resembles human emotion is the most vile and unpleasant aspects of human behavior and interaction. The spitefulness can be felt between the riffs that bind and the vocals that howl for something long lost. Basking in the luxury of its own anger, it comfortably swims and navigates the staples of this genre with ease, all while maintaining an atmosphere that slowly suffocates, asphyxiation. It is not enough for this album to wear its bitterness on its sleeve. You must choke on it for the length that this international project chooses. A good black metal album either brings comfort or confrontation, it is up to you dear listener, which road this album will take you.' - JB @chilabothrus_ Vinyl Features: - Remastered Audio by Constantine - 140g Obsidian Black Vinyl LP - Single-Pocket 350gsm Jacket - 100lb 12"x18" Gloss Poster - 12pt Double-Sided Insert - Black Poly-Lined Inner Sleeve - Co-Release w/ Adirondack Black Mass www.pileofheadsproductions.com

Debut release from German/Italian collaborative band @Manserunt, featuring members of Urluk, Malauriu, Na Zarot and others, that combines the doom, thrash, and raw black elements of all these projects into aural projections of whirling spectres and malevolent poltergeists. Continuing the Italian tradition of producing eerie supernatural raw black metal, and battering it with Germany’s more confrontational and assertive style, Geist is a solid EP that makes for a commanding entrance. Digital copies, 100 cassettes and 100 CDs are available from the @AdirondackBlackMass Bandcamp now. A 12”vinyl edition will be released by PileofHeads in the near future. Stream it on the channel now through the link in my bio. #manserunt #adirondackblackmass #apileofheads #pileofheadsproductions #blackmetal #rawblackmetal #supernaturalblackmetal #italianblackmetal #germanblackmetal lofiblackmetal #occultblackmetal #undergroundblackmetal #blackmetaltapes #blackmetalcassettes #blackmetalvinyl #transmissionsfromthedark #tftd
