Sorpresa di frolla 3D
Dopo un lungo silenzio forzato, sono tornata con le mani in pasta per festeggiare un compleanno del cuore 🥰
• guscio di frolla
• cuore morbido cioccolato e pesche
• un piccolo orsetto 🧸 con la sua palla, un pacchetto regalo e un mini muffin per soffiare su una candelina speciale!

Mi è mancato il mio angolo felice!

Idea per orsetto 3D: @manubiscottidecorati 👏

🏖️ BEACH HUT LOVE! AUGUST TUTORIAL BY MANU! 🏖️

Summer isn’t over yet! ☀️ @manubiscottidecorati is back with a new Made by Manu tutorial, and this time she’s giving her clever 3-D cookie box a colorful beach makeover!

Using the same construction as her 3-D Pencil Cookie Box, Manu transforms it into the sweetest little beach hut, complete with striped royal icing, rope borders, a heart transfer, and space inside for treats or a special message. I love how one construction can become something completely different with just a little imagination! 💙

Mosaic cookie by @manubiscottidecorati: “The tiny tiles are stenciled royal icing transfers. After icing the cookie with royal icing I placed each transfer on the fresh icing. The cookie measures about 9cm/3.5 in. The transfers range from 1.5cm/0.6in to 2cm/0.8in. To place the royal icing transfers precisely on the iced cookie I am using the Vacuum Pick-up Tool by @Sugarveil”

They are designed to help you grow your skills (as always) while involving significantly less cost and prep time for me and Manu aka @manubiscottidecorati, our challenge host. Basically, every other month or so, a new challenge will post, and you will be presented with a color palette, a theme, a technique or two, and/or a couple of additional requirements to inspire and guide your work, and then you’ll be free to create whatever you’d like from there. Sometimes the challenge will include a palette; other times it may not. Sometimes it will have a theme; other times it may be theme-less. And most times, we’ll give out a prize to one or two randomly drawn entrants! Long story short, we’ll try to change things up from challenge to challenge to keep your interest piqued!

Happy Mother’s Day. The cookie in this video is iced with royal icing. The needlepoint grid is edible lace made with @sugarveil Confectionery Icing and their Needlepoint Mat and then glued to the iced cookie surface using water.

🌸

⭐️ NEW COOKIE CONNECTION CHALLENGE! ⭐️ Hi, everyone! Just a quick post to alert you that a new cookie decorating challenge has posted to Cookie Connection! I realize it’s been a minute since the last challenge recap posted, so I wanted to be sure everyone sees this latest one - hence this special message!

This challenge is the first in a new series of streamlined, video-less challenges. They are designed to help you stretch your skills (as always) while involving significantly less cost and prep time for me and @manubiscottidecorati. As much as I loved our prior Watch-Learn-Create video format, we simply didn’t get enough video purchases to justify the video development expenses, so something had to change.

This new approach will be much simpler than that of our past Watch-Learn-Create and Practice Bakes Perfect Challenges, yet hopefully every bit as instructive for those who rise to the challenge.

So what is planned for this challenge?! Please read more in the challenge kickoff post (LINK BELOW), and spread the word! Anyone anywhere, Cookie Connection member or non-member of any skill level, is encouraged to join the fun and learning!

I think I did it! Inspired by @manubiscottidecorati there it is my filled Easter cookie egg! It came out differently than I had planned - due to my baking mould type - it’s rustic, it’s good and worked as intended. I fell in love with it! Shortbread cocoa cookie filled with insanely delicious healthy brigadeiro (chocolate soft truffle). Gluten free, dairy free, no white sugar, no ultra processed ingredients, just one more idea for gifting someone this Easter.
