Du bewegst dich täglich.
Rollend im Bett.
Beim Aufstehen.
Ins Bad.
Ins Auto oder zur Bahn. Auf deinem Fahrrad.
Beim Sport.
Beim Sex.
Beim Essen.

Hast du schon mal beobachtet wie du dich dabei bewegst?
Wieviel nimmst du bewusst wahr mit welchem Gefühl du dich bewegst?

Bewusste Bewegung bringt dich besser in dein Gleichgewicht.

Hey SpaceBuddies: In Rosenheim tut sich was!

A little throwback to our stage at @moments_festival with the @morgenrot_crew 🧡

A day filled with good music, new encounters and a dancefloor that kept moving well into the night ✨

Big thanks to everyone who joined us and made the stage what it was and to the whole Morgenrot crew for sharing the space, the energy and the vibes with us!

Already looking forward to the next one 🪩

Here’s the timetable for this year. 🐡

Some of you will simply drift from stage to stage, letting the music guide the way. Others already know exactly which sets they don’t want to miss.

Our advice? Stay open. Listen closely. Some of the most unforgettable moments are the ones you never planned for. ✨

Couple of weeks without posting something here feels like an eternity (at least for the algorithm) but it has been a lot going on in my life.

Thank you so much to all the people who took a minute to help the victims in venezuela and also thank you for the amazing feedback on my fusion set, it really means the world to me ❤️🥹

Looking forward for tomorrows gig at Lieberscholli with an amazing line up 😀
