Who watched “That Kind of Love” on Africa Magic last night? I heard it aired immediately after the #BBNaija finale.

Glad to have flexed my acting muscle on this (yes, I still act 😊), and grateful to have shared the screen with Uncle Bimbo Manuel.

BABA SEGI’S INDEPENDENCE DAY HEADACHE 😂🇳🇬

So this man said he wanted his INDEPENDENCE this Independence Day… 😏😂🇳🇬

Baba Segi told Teacher he was tired. Apparently, his wives were not giving him a break and he needed some peace and quiet in the bedroom.

Teacher’s advice?

“Do what they do. Just tell her you have a headache.” 😂

And so Baba Segi came home with his headache excuse and his medication…

Unfortunately for him, I was feeling a little more… affectionate. 😏😂

Let’s just say Baba Segi’s Independence Day did not go quite as planned!

Watch us and tell us… who really got their independence? 😂

🎬 The Secret Lives of Baba Segi’s Wives
In cinemas 4 December.

I don’t think this movie is getting the hype it deserves mehn I just finished watching #ordinaryPeople on Netflix & I’m genuinely in awe of Director Moses Inwang I began to respect this director since #LockdownTheMovie his style of storytelling is very fascinating I hope there’s season 2 because the movie ordinary people must not end that way. Mind you, I don’t even like thriller or that sort of movie but I love this one so much it feels original, authentic and relatable. All the cast bought their A-game too! Almost everyone in this movie acted like their life depends on it, their performances were too good to be true 👏 Omo eh nollywood we need more stories like this from henceforth not the recycling basic storyline I said what I said.🧢

Prelude to the Global Release of "Kolossians Kolony"

"#Kolossians #Kolony" a preface and more.

"Kolossians Kolony" though a political satire about the manufacture of obedience; its geography is imaginary, its offices are invented and its language is deliberately skewed out of shape (manufactured from marshy soil of fertility and creativity); yet the structures it docks and interrogates are recognisable wherever power becomes answerable only to itself.

TO MR. DIRECTOR, AND CRITIC SIR... 🫡

The would-be-director or literary interrogator, please, note; there are principally three modern associated performance traditions marooned in this script, but I must caution that the production should

not be canonised as a curator or purveyor of European theories.

In specific terms, Antonin Artaud's _Theatre of Cruelty_ is relevant to the play's use of sirens, darkness, bodily threat, sudden violence, visual cacophony, mental assault, proximity and deliberate sensory pressure. Cruelty here is not a licence for tactile brutality; it is the refusal to allow violence to remain an abstract political word. The theatre must transend know how, to show how. Go cinematic, when you can, because you can!

Secondly, Jerzy Grotowski's _Toward a Poor Theatre_ is present whenever actors become what the production cannot or should not purchase. Of what use is expensive and bling-bling costumes to this enterprise? The S.D.Os (men as machinery) are roads, motorbikes, a limousine, a ballot queue, a church congregation, a barricade, a courtroom, instruments and architecture. A production may have technology, but it should never need technology in order to exist or communicate its thought. Voice, breath, body, cloth, light and a platform are sufficient.

Then we have Vsevolod Meyerhold's "Biomechanics" and grotesque theatricality, useful to the disciplined physical grammar of obedience. The Ekes should move as though office has entered the skeleton. Repetition, counter-rhythm, precision, imbalance, abrupt freezes and collective physical scores can make bureaucracy visible as choreography.

But if this harrasses your sense of decency, balance or propriety, please excuse me...
