Throwback to the early days.

Hard to believe this was 2022 - the very first edition of the Freeride Days Engelberg. Fast-forward five years and the event has grown into a full-on mountain takeover. 🏔🔥

From a small test village to 30+ brands.
From a handful of workshops to a 4-day program packed with steeps, skills, safety & style.
From an idea… to one of the biggest freeride testivals in Switzerland.

And the energy? Still the same.
Same stoke. Same community. Same love for the mountains.

FDE 2026 is around the corner - let’s make year five the strongest yet.
See you up there. ⛷️🏂⚡

Ever ridden with a pro who truly understands flow?

This year, Swiss snowboarder @severinvandermeer joins the Freeride Days Engelberg to lead the FLOW! Snowboard Workshop together with our mountain guide @fuersingerjulian .

Known for his creative riding style and film projects in the global snowboard scene, Sevi sees snowboarding as more than just a sport - it’s expression, creativity and feeling on the mountain.

In this workshop, it’s all about exactly that:
finding your rhythm in off-piste terrain, linking turns smoothly and using the natural features of the mountain to ride with confidence and style.

Expect a day focused on:
🏂 better flow in variable terrain
🏔 reading the mountain and choosing lines
✨ playful riding and creative movement off-piste

Ride, learn and share the mountain with one of Switzerland’s most inspiring snowboarders.

SCARED! - Steep, Technical, Uncomfortable. And Exactly What You Need. 🔥🏔️

Do you want to improve your skills this winter?
SCARED! is built for riders who are ready to step into terrain that demands focus, technique, and real mental strength.

This isn’t about sending blindly.
It’s about learning to stay calm, precise, and in control when the terrain gets steep, tight, exposed, or just straight-up intimidating.

If you’ve ever looked at a line and thought:
“Damn… I want this, but I’m not 100% sure” —
this is your workshop.

What You’ll Learn

🔥 How to manage fear & pressure in real terrain
🎿 Technical moves for steep skiing: jump turns, edge-set control, side-slipping
🧗 Movement skills for exposed sections
🪢 Rope basics for emergencies & tricky passages
🧭 Decision-making when conditions are spicy
🏔️ How to approach narrow couloirs & awkward entries
🔄 Finding flow even when it feels uncomfortable

This workshop isn’t theoretical — everything happens on snow, in real terrain, guided by a certified UIAGM/IFMGA mountain guide.

Who Is SCARED! For?

• Advanced freeriders (SPICY / HOT / FREAK level)
• Riders who want to handle 40°+ terrain with confidence
• Anyone who feels comfortable off-piste, but wants the skills to unlock bigger, steeper, more technical lines
• Those who want to turn fear into focus

If you’re unsure whether you’re ready — you probably are.
And if you want to become that person who stays calm when things get serious… this is the place to learn it.

When & Where

📅 March 12–15, 2026
📍 Engelberg – Trübsee, Titlis & Bannalp

The mountains will always be a little scary.
But with the right skills, that fear becomes respect — not limitation.

👉 Spots are limited - book your place now via our website.
