We got chased by a storm and drove our bike into the mud. 🌴✨

This shoot became about adventure, exploration, and letting the island lead.
Nothing polished.. just documenting island life as it is: raw, wild and imperfect.

The Mentawais was a dream trip for me last year and shooting it on 8mm felt like the most honest way to hold onto that feeling.

@sienacampbellclause in Siberut, one island of Mentawais, West Sumatra. 💫

It’s a special episode for Talkin’ Trick: Trickline therapy!!!

First of all I’m doing it with my very close friend @manuonwaves and it’s her birthday today 🎂 🎉

Secondly it’s the 10th episode. It took for me a while but I’ve accomplished the first ten episodes which was a lot of work. Many hours of editing and figuring out things I never thought about like style of intro, audio editing etc. I’m happy I did it.

And I’m really hoping for your support. I knew that this podcast is very niche and not many people would be interested in watching but if you do please show it by sharing or commenting. It’s important for me to know there are people who watch and enjoy so I can keep going knowing that.

Also thank you @gibbonslacklines for inspiring me to create this podcast please help promote it if you can ❤️

And watch the full episode on my YouTube channel link in bio ⬆️

Six years ago, I took the biggest leap of my life.
I booked my first solo flight. My first trip across the ocean.
Eleven days in Los Angeles, with one goal: train every day, from morning to night, with the best slackliners I could find. @olga.henry @manuonwaves @dye_lawns_jawns

Santa Monica Slack Park was my dream.
I had been on a slackline for just one year, and I promised myself:
‘If I pass this exam at university, I’ll invest everything I have – time, money, and courage – to grow.’

I spent those days learning 15 new tricks, training yoga, skate, trampoline, circus… and pushing my limits every single hour.
That trip changed my life.
Those skills became my ticket to perform across Italy, on TV, and, just one year and half later, to land my first contract as a cruise ship performer.

Looking back now, I see it clearly:
That trip wasn’t just about tricks. It was the moment I chose to leave gymnastics behind and give everything to slackline.

Six years later, I’m sharing this video again – because every step since started right there, on that line in Venice Beach.

🧘‍♀️✨ Throwback to partner yoga in 300hr YTT — where connection was the real teacher.
We learned to lean in (literally and emotionally), to hold steady for each other, and to laugh when we fell out of sync.
There was so much joy, trust, and presence woven into those moments — and I carry them with me still.
Missing the movement, the meaning, and the beautiful humans who made it all feel like home. 💫💛

Special thanks to my partner @manuonmat for making this experience unforgettable. 🙏✨
