POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some of the most beautiful parts of our retreats happen in the moments between.

The connections made, stories shared, the laughter, the vulnerability and the feeling of truly being understood by people who started the retreat as strangers.

Sundays are for slowing down. What’s your favourite way to reset ready for the week ahead?

Don’t have anyone to go with? Go alone. Do it alone. Don’t let the fear of having no one to join you stop you from living your life. ❤️✈️

Going on a solo trip had always been on my bucket list, but I never imagined how nervous I would feel actually doing it. At 36, I questioned myself so many times. Was I making a mistake? Would I feel out of place? What am I even doing? 😅

It’s so easy to compare your life to everyone else’s timeline. You see your friends getting married, settling down, having children, buying homes or changing careers, and suddenly you start questioning whether you should be doing the same. We put so much pressure on ourselves to follow a certain path that we sometimes forget life doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.

But here I am, one week into my solo holiday, and I couldn’t be prouder of myself for taking that leap. 🥹🌍 I’m learning that there is so much freedom in stepping outside your comfort zone, trusting yourself and discovering the world on your own terms.

✨ My little reminder to you: Take the opportunities that come your way. See the world through your own eyes. Do the things that scare you, even when you have to do them alone. You are never too old to chase your dreams, start something new or choose yourself.

Stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect company or the perfect season of life. Sometimes, you just need to book that flight, pack your bags and GO! 🧳🌴

A little reminder: One day, you’ll look back and realise that the best thing you ever did was stop waiting for someone else and start living for yourself. 🤍✨

Here are a few little snippets from our recent Snowdon retreat 🏔️✨

A reminder that you don’t have to wait until you’re burnt out to take a break. You deserve time for yourself, too.

Ice baths are about so much more than the cold. They are an opportunity to slow down and be present. Challenge yourself and discover what happens when you step outside of your comfort zone ❄️

Sometimes putting yourself first means stepping away from the everyday, try new things and give yourself the space to grow.

There is something so special about bringing like-minded souls together in a place as magical as Thailand 🇹🇭

Here’s to saying YES to new adventures that make you feel alive.

Life is all about the experiences we have and the way those moments make us feel.

There’s something special about learning something new together, sharing the experience and enjoying the results around the table.

Just a little reminder that you deserve to be on your own priority list too 🤍

It’s all about reconnecting with yourself, nourishing your mind and body.

Take time to slow down, learn and explore ✨

Honestly I’m pretty speechless reading back through some of the feedback from the weekend. You build an event like this hoping it delivers what people need, but seeing the messages, reviews, and texts coming through over the last few days has been properly overwhelming in the best way.

We put a huge amount of heart into setting up a space where people could actually drop their guard, slow down, and take what they needed from it. But truth is, it’s the people who show up that give it its soul. Huge thank you to every single person who trusted us with their time and energy this weekend. It means more than you know.

For those who pushed for the summit, you absolutely smashed it. Seeing everyone lean on each other and push past what they thought they could do was one of the highlights of the weekend.

Incredible effort all round. So proud of this group for stepping up and seeing it through to the top.

Day two breathwork in the hall. We spent the session focusing on big releases and resetting the nervous system after a busy few weeks for everyone.

There’s a real power in doing this kind of work alongside a group that’s all in on it together.
