Even the team’s catching a vibe before doors open, that’s why we say arrive early.

This isn’t just a motive, it’s a moment.

Intimate room. Heavy sounds. Real energy.
Afrobeats, Amapiano, R&B, Bashment, all night, no skips.

DJs are locked. Crowd is curated.
If you know, you know… and if you don’t, you’re about to hear about it after.

Be there or hear stories. Simple.

Introducing the team behind the scenes.

Guest experience matters. The way a night flows, the way people move through the room, the way energy travels across the space, it all shapes how the night feels.

Mo joins the Guest Experience team, bringing experience across hospitality and corporate environments to help ensure the night runs smoothly from door to dancefloor.

Free runner.
Movement in motion.

Things I’ve learnt starting parkour as an adult (no 1)

Community - I have never found a sport where people are so supportive of each other to overcome challenges. Having played lots of team sports previously, cultures can become toxic as people are competing for spaces or don’t get on. Parkour sees everyone on their own journey overcoming what is important to them which helps develop a strong sense of community.

Today marks exactly one year since I chose to start training properly, this is my favourite clip of each month since then

Before this I could only front flip, back flip, side flip, cheat gainer, swing gainer, wall flip and A-twist, that was everything I had to show for my 11 years of training - I wouldn't push myself, wouldn't do anything that scared me, pretty much just didn't actually train really

Then life gave me a few problems and on 1st March last year I chose to stop being a little bitch and actually did something new, I was immediately hooked, parkour became literally everything that mattered to me and I haven't looked back since

I've spent the last few months battling many many injuries but I'm pretty much fully healed and I'm going to be getting better and better from now on

I have no idea where I'd be without this sport and the people I've met doing it, but I know it'd be nowhere near as good as life is now - enormous thank you to everyone who's helped me get to where I am today

Ending the year with what I think is the best line I've made, definitely my favourite (plus one more little one I threw together in a couple of minutes)

I love this sport more than anything else, thank you parkour for getting me through the year

Ups and downs from today's session

Started with fulls (middle of post) which started off so well for once but very quickly went downhill

Swiftly moved over to swing double gainers, got them down no mats which I'm buzzing about, crazy line to put them in soon

Just a few filler clips at the end, the level standing pres are max, the droppy one is hard stick for some reason and the big upwards plyos are also absolute max, quite surprised to have done all of them tbh

(This is my second time posting this, if these clips come out short and fat again then I will not be happy)
