✨Meet The Bookstagrammer✨

I haven’t done one of these basically since I started my account ~ 3 years ago so I figured I was overdue for one!

🌸 I was born and raised in PA but moved to Texas almost 5 years ago with my husband and our golden retriever, Maeby!

🌸 My husband and I have been together for over 10 years - we were high school sweethearts 🥹

🌸 I’m currently a corporate event planner but I’ve worked in the hospitality industry ever since college

🌸 I LOVE to travel!! I’ve been to France, England, Scotland, Ireland and I’m adding Japan to the list next year 🥲 Some people have a 5 year career plan - I have a 5 year travel plan ✈️

🌸 I didn’t refer to myself as a Swiftie (pls look at my sweater 😂) until last year but I’ve been a huge Taylor Swift fan since high school! I’ve been to her Speak Now, Red, Reputation, and Eras tours 🫶

🌸 Thrillers are my favorite genre! Before Bookstagram, I almost exclusively read them to the point my husband would ask if “someone was m*rdered” every time I picked up a book 😅

🌸 When I’m not reading, I’m trying to find more time to bake because I love it!! 🧁

My ARC readers have been loving the dedication page in Speed Skating and I’m so glad that it resonates with so many.

This book started to come together before it’s predecessor was even completed. I had a finished rough draft sitting in my Dropbox for over FOUR YEARS. But this book wasn’t going to see the light of day because somewhere along the way, I stopped believing in myself as an author. I knew that Lighting the Lamp wasn’t perfect and had flaws and I believed that Speed Skating wouldn’t be good enough to be worth the time and effort. So I gave up on it.

But then I met so many wonderfully supportive and encouraging people here on Instagram. People who saw the potential in my debut, and poked and prodded me into talking about the rest of the series — the four other books I’ve had planned out in my head for years. Slowly, I started to see the potential, too. And now, it’s almost here.

Speed Skating, a book that is literally my blood, sweat, and tears, will be yours in less than a week. And I dedicated it to myself — because I fucking did the thing.

Thank you @mapagesandplants for this photo in particular of my dedication page, and so many others who have messaged me about it too. You all have made this such a rewarding experience. Thanks for reminding me that it’s okay to celebrate myself once in a while. ❤️

Happy Tuesday people!

It's been 2 or maybe 3 months since relase of Harry's House ? Idk but I'm still can not get over Harry's House. The album brings me joy , happiness , peace and thunderstorm of emotions at the same time.

Finale , last book in Caraval series by Stephanie Garber. It was such a magical read and I loved it so much!

♡Favorite book:
It's next to impossible for me to pick one book out so many great books I've read ! But the books I love most are From blood and ash series , All books by SJM , the seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo, pride and prejudice, normal people and so many more *sigh*

Romance and fantasy >>

I'd say A diary of the young girl. It was the first book I read during my high school and it gave me a lot of deep perspective of life.

November 9 by Colleen Hoover, so many red flags in the book
