Oh I LOVE the BOXES and BOXES of art coming in advance of SWS24 opening. Truth: Each year at this time I reserve a day all to myself in the gallery to open each and every one of the boxes and artworks. I spend the entire day looking at the works, playing with them, arranging them, making little animations with them... All very carefully with my white gloves, of course!
I will open it all tomorrow. Tonight happens to be my own personal highly unusual Christmas Eve

This was incredible.
I went to the @ngadc to capture my art next to many of the original artist’s work.

I spent over 220 hours replicating 10 of the most well-known paintings on a pair of Men’s US size 10 Air Force Ones. I was able to grow immensely as artist by studying the painting techniques of some of the greatest painters in history.

PART 2/10 of the ART HISTORY AIR FORCE ONES
I hope you enjoy this series of an extra credit art history project called the ART HISTORY AF1s. I chose ten famous paintings to hand paint on 10 different sections of a pair of mens size 10 Air Force Ones. Through this project, I aspire to study the painting techniques of some of the greatest painters in history.

The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci was painted with tempera paints on a dry plaster wall in 1495-1498.

all hand painted with @angelusdirect paints (link in bio for a discount).

when completed, this pair will be for sale.
