This morning, Instagram showed me one of those birthday recaps from the last 12 months. Ironically, it happened because my birthday was wrong (it was 3 weeks ago) but it was still awesome to see.

Sometimes we get so focused on what’s next that we forget to look back and appreciate how much we’ve been blessed.

Over the last 12 months, I added a rental property to my real estate portfolio, bought one of my dream cars, received a promotion, became a sales coach/leader, finished as the top producer in my agency and territory, spent time with my nephew, celebrated friends getting married, and moved to New York with my dog just because…(I work remote)

Looking back at these photos reminds me how fortunate I’ve been and how many doors have opened along the way.

Some of the things I once hoped and prayed for are now memories in a birthday recap.

Feeling grateful today. God has been good to me, and this morning was a great reminder of that.

when you're building something from scratch, the ones who show up for you before it's even big — those are the ones that matter. every single person in these photos gave up their time, their energy, and trusted the vision with me. that means more than i can put into words.

Just last night we had a team meeting, and we talked about a lot. Where we’ve been, where we’re going, and the small ways we can keep getting better.

And one thing became clear.

There’s a difference between movement and meaning.
Running has given us both, but only because we’ve chosen to see it that way.

Every face in this post carries miles you don’t see. Different start lines, different seasons, same intention. Not everyone has been here since day one, but each person here has played a real part in shaping what this has become.Because what we’re building was never about pace. It’s always been about showing up.

You see it in the care behind every meeting, every idea that gets shared and worked through, the consistency, the miles, the small details that most people don’t notice but we do.

And we’re honest about it.
 We’re always tweaking, always refining, always asking how we can do this better. 
Not just to grow, but to stay aligned with why we started in the first place.

Every post, every song, every reply, every interaction, it all comes from that same place. Nothing is random. It’s a reflection of everyone here.

They say if you want to go fast, go alone. But we’ve learned that going far takes people. The right people.

We’re more than runners. We’re sons, daughters, parents, friends, builders, creators, & dreamers. Just people trying to build something that matters.

This is our village. And if you’re here, you’re part of it.

Thank you for trusting us, for showing up, and for being a part of what this is becoming.

We’re going to keep building, keep growing, and keep finding ways to give back to this community.
