POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Apparently, I’m supposed to be destroying Dwayne Ross’s career. Meanwhile, the man is extended through 2028, recruiting elite talent, producing All-Americans, winning NCAA trophies and leading Tennessee through one of the strongest stretches of his head-coaching career. So naturally, I made him a better contract-extension graphic than Tennessee did. 😂 That is the part nobody can explain. His verified complaint says my music, commentary, AI videos and posts damaged his reputation and threatened his job and financial security. It seeks more than $500,000 on each claim and asks the court to restrict future content about him. But where is the measurable collapse? The job is intact. The contract is intact. The recruits are still coming. The athletes are still scoring. The résumé is still growing. I’m not denying his success. I’m highlighting it. I’m also discussing documented history, disputed events from my employment and public records through music, satire and commentary. He can call it offensive. He can call it embarrassing. He can absolutely say he hates it. But calling something “defamation” in a complaint does not automatically prove that every lyric, joke or opinion is false. That still has to be demonstrated with evidence. So, Coach, congratulations on the success. Seriously. You are winning so much that the man you say is ruining your image just upgraded your marketing package for free. At this point, I’m less of a threat to the brand and more like an unpaid creative director. The numbers don’t look damaged. And this graphic damn sure doesn’t. #DuaneRoss #TennesseeTrack #ContractExtension
