Introducing QUORUMPROJECT 26/27! 🌟

Twelve dancers from different backgrounds are now beginning a two-year journey between training and the professional stage. We asked them what they expect from this season.

The result is a portrait of a group that has only just come together and already shares the studio every day, in technique classes, in rehearsals and working side by side with Quorum Dance Company.

You’ll get to know them better here throughout the season!

Ficam alguns registos destas primeiras semanas. A temporada está só a começar!

The first weeks of Quorum Project’s 26/27 season.

From day one, the work began in the studio: classical and contemporary technique classes and physical conditioning.

Alongside their training, Quorum Project is working side by side with Quorum Dance Company in rehearsals for Daniel Cardoso’s “Swan Lake”. Sharing the studio with the company, learning its repertoire and following the process up close is part of the bridge QP builds between training and the professional stage.

Here are a few moments from these first weeks. The season has only just begun!

Follow the 26/27 season’s journey here.

An exploration of the liminal space where foreign bodies navigate prejudice, resilience, and the universal longing for belonging. A story for anyone who has ever been a stranger.

Thank you @daniel_cardoso_2017 for the invitation to work with @quorum_project, it was an unforgettable experience ✨

Still thinking about this beautiful week. ✨

A week filled with movement, connection, laughter, and so many moments I’ll carry with me. Being surrounded by inspiring people and sharing the studio, the stage, and everything in between was truly special.

Looking back, I feel grateful for the people I met, the things I learned, and the memories we created together. This week reminded me once again why I love dancing and how much there is still to explore.

So grateful to @angela_towler and @pallavi.anand5 for everything you shared with us, and to @orsolina28 and @akramkhancompany for creating such a beautiful space for us to come together. 🤍
