Sunday fun pacing the best people with @nylonmag x @starbucks 5K run 🏃‍♀️

The rain didn’t stop us from getting a workout in, drinking coffee & having fun listening to @jackiehollander 🪩

Always thankful for my @svintsrunclub community for showing up & showing out & my co pacer @kayrjay_ for always holding it down with the tunes and vibes🪽

10 weeks of training down, 6 weeks to go until @nycmarathon. The mileage is building, the workouts are getting harder, the legs are feeling more tired, but we are having fun. Blue group vibes are high 💙.

30 of the most influential hours of my life doing something I never knew I needed.

Grateful for the miles, the people, the PRs, the tears, and the laughs.

New era unlocked. Forever forward.

Week 6/14 Marathon Prep ✅

This week brought new challenges, new friends, and new bridges to conquer. @nikenyc continues to host the best long run marathon prep series, 14 miles to the beach was a movie 🎥.

Let’s keep working 💪🏾

It’s hard to believe that just three months ago, we kicked off the warmer days ahead by running and cheering at the Brooklyn Half Marathon. ☀️

What made the weekend even more special was having our family (@thecowboyrunner @gabbybeltre @surunning80) come all the way from Boston to run with us. I’m especially thankful for @asiantrailmix @samanthadongnyc for making this race possible—and for showing so much love to the friends who had cheered me through my own Boston Marathon journey. 💛💙

Now, as we’re starting to catch the smallest glimpse of fall ahead, I can’t help but look back at these photos and wish summer could stay just a little longer. 🏖️😌

Bare with me, I’m going to ramble for a second:

First and foremost I want to thank @svintsrunclub for helping build myself into the man/runner I am today. My amazing fiancée @elorasemh for all the sacrifices shes made to allow me to chase my dreams. My new, but very good friend @mustang_ep_ for the way we pushed each other at the final stretch, & @team_wepa_nyc for putting on such a spectacular race. 9 miles from Yankee stadium to Citi field. My goal was to finish in the top 10 but I fell short finishing in the top 15. I have nothing to be ashamed of. I put everything I had into this race, & considering I started running not even 6 months ago, that ain’t too shabby. Heres to more life, more miles, & more races
