DreamWorks Animation’s ‘Forgotten Island’ is out tomorrow, featuring a score by Filipino American composer Nathan Matthew David 🎬 The score, recorded in Studio One, brings together indigenous Filipino instruments, voices and musical traditions, with the orchestra recorded at our home in London. @nathanmdavid said: “The music is such a love letter for me to my culture, to just say thank you for giving me so much meaning.” The score was recorded by engineer @_chris_fogel_ alongside Abbey Road’s @chris_james_parker, @mitotri and @marcelaaudio, before being edited by Abbey Road recordist @danhayden3 in Studio 24.
