I love putting makeup on haphazardly sometimes. No rules, no self-scrutiny, just color and flow.

summer soft glam

recently (and by recently i mean months ago) my friend @marcelapereda and i were lucky enough to both win a makeup kit from @genseebeauty and we knew immediately we wanted to collab with a little summer soft glam.

marcela is one of those friends who gives you your flowers daily. she is so beautiful, kind and talented, and she really lets her softness shine, which i absolutely adore. she is a constant source of support, inspiration, and cheeky memes ;)

what i love about gensee makeup in general is just how easy it is to use. everything can be applied and blended with fingers which is perfect for those summer days (and nights) where you just want to get outside.

for this look, i just did a quick smoky eye with the cruise liner in black, bronzer in the crease and one of the mixed media paints in moonlight on the lid. the glow stick in punch gave me a vibrant radiant glow on my cheeks, and the lip liner/lip gloss combo is about as easy as it gets.
