It was an honor to dress Melanie Martinez in a custom WESLAH design for her appearance at the @amas

I imagined a steel boned organza corset with tulle detailing as the base for the deconstructed ball gown of a princess caught between ruin and romance. Jacquard silk satin is draped, revealing the ruched muslin underskirt with exposed crinoline. An oversized double satin bow completes the look.

With the most gratitude to my amazing team who made my impossible vision come to life @shaobobohan @shankoes @marcelconsiglio @studione11

- Easy to keep track of my age

Cons:

In Process with @studione11 - this is how we make clothes. Our collaboration goes beyond the product, but is derived from a meaningful relationship founded on a shared desire for craftsmanship and artisanal finishes. @marcelconsiglio and @shankoes are true masters of their craft and creating Timeless with them made the output incredibly meaningful. Local materials, local labor, and artisanal processes.

Thank you Marcel and Shannon
