Transformation Tuesday... The pic of the left is from my Birthday party in 2011. I remember trying to find something decent to wear that night. I settled on a black shirt that I couldn't get the bottom button to stay buttoned. I just said to my self that it was going to be dark & nobody would notice because that was the best outfit I could come up with at that moment. I hated those days. I hated to buy clothes because it was just a reminder that I hated my size & how nothing looked good on my swollen frame. Now I love to shop & stepping up my wardrobe. I'm 2 yrs into my Herbalife lifestyle and been able to easily maintain my current size. But now its spring time & time to step it up. Who wants to join me & take their body to the next level? I am a Health & Wellness Coach for everybody. Inbox me! On the left is when I gained weight from taking birth control & not eating healthy with probably 5% fitness😳👎 On the right was yesterday, after a little over 2 years on Herbalife & taking my nutrition & fitness seriously👍👌💪 😳 Everyone has a story!! Before the picture on the left happened, I was thin. This has been an amazing journey & I am SO proud of where I stand today💚

I can help you feel GOOD in your skin too, if you are ready for change😊
