Just another Saturday in Huatulco.

Started at a client's build to check on progress, then the organic market in Santa Cruz for the usual.

Showed Marcia around a bit and popped into Pete's open house. Ocean view, worth the stop.

A little work, a few errands, and some time enjoying the place we get to call home.

An evening exploring the lots at Canopea, just in time to watch the sun go down.

Ocean views, lush greenery, and the sound of waves crashing against the rocks. It's one thing to see this coastline in photos, but experiencing it in person is something else entirely.

Walking the lots gave us a better sense of the setting and the possibilities for building a custom home here.

Thank you to Frederic and Noemie for the invitation and for sharing this beautiful experience with the Vistas team!

Send us a message and let's talk about the possibilities.

She came to Huatulco planning to rent.

A few viewings later, plans changed — and today was possession day at Cosmo. 🔑

The first time walking through the door as the owner.

Always a good day when a client gets the keys.

From dreaming about the Brooklyn Bridge in Virginia to seeing it from her daily commute! 🌉 @marciahillis found the New York she always imagined, and there was more than simply a career waiting for her at Corcoran: there was a culture of support, authenticity, and learning. ✨❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped kick off the first day of Open Art Studios in DUMBO. I sold seven pieces today! And still there’s so much art to see for those who plan to visit the Open Studios tomorrow. I’ll be at The Meadow from 1-6pm!

Joanna Macy developed a body of work called The Work that Reconnects that helps us understand and process the tumult and loss of this time and outlined the stages of societal transformation as we move from systems of Industrial Growjth to a Life-Sustaining society.

Join me on Earth Day, April 22nd, at The Meadow DUMBO for a Day of Community and Concern. Modeled after a Quaker tradition, our Day of a Concern is an opportunity to gather in person to share and listen from the heart to the concerns we each hold. This day is also an opportunity to plant a seed for the future as we begin to co-vision new ways of being in community together.

What is a Day Of Concern? How can a day like this support the people in our community?

So lovely to gather with this sweet engaging group last night to share, reflect and cultivate intentions and a new vision for the new year. Thank you @livekindred for sponsoring this nourishing heartfelt event at The Meadow.

(And yes, everyone went home with a whistle!)

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but no amount of yoga can overcome misogyny, the climate crisis, or white supremacy.
