Evening Sesh

I stopped posting gym edits and someone asked if I was still going to the gym…?? never stopped fam

just been busy honestly some days I hit bp, some days I have field practice, some days just gym, and some days all 3

never let someone tell you your work ethic sucks…especially when they’re surrounded by incompetency

BEE PEE sesh 😜

continuation from sunday since we had a lift last night

i’ve fallen to the bp anxiety of getting 3-5 flips and next- that hurry up and go mentally of batting practice. Now that summer is here I need to retrain myself to relax in the box and stop trying to rush the pitch and getting front foot heavy

as a hitter i know what’s wrong most of the time but can’t figure out how to click the switch in the moment. it’s nice to be able to take simple cues and information and apply them instantly because of the thought collection in between swings versus rapid swings and “NEXT” time crunch

Very proud of my Juicy!! Caught 3 back to back to back games while absolutely holding it down behind the plate and contributing at the plate while making some in game adjustments! My 9u playing and keeping up with the our 10s is no small task but he doesn’t back down 😎💪🏽 Thanks to all of his trainers who believe and invest in him 🙏🏼💪🏽 #blessed #WeWantAllTheSmoke #premier #ourjuicy #BringIt

From the grind to the games I love it all. Here for my pitchers and here for my team! Catchers have the hardest job in all of sports but it’s the ONLY job I want. Today is OUR day. So Happy National Catcher’s Day batterymen! One receipt at a time. One block at a time. One throw down at a time. Send this to a catcher you love and Let ’Em Know! I made sure to tag some of my favorite catchers and catching pages! (But you only get 20 😩)🥞 Hands Smooth as Syrup.

When your brother @marciano_baseball is home for break and needs to get throwing work in too. Baseball catcher throwing softballs like they’re nothing 😤.

ProStep Or CrowHop

I learned how to shuffle/Prostep last summer from my brother while working pull downs. Coach Andre from @graveyardmentality @graveyardsoftball was one of the only ones that noticed it.

I do this to use the ground to produce a stronger more solid throw versus crowhop where you’re coming up
