my breakthrough season 🥺
british champion
commonwealth silver medalist
7th in europe

don’t take your momentum for granted.
it’s not just one breakthrough moment,
it’s a series of compounding events
that led to that one instance.
moments planned overtime,
that contribute towards the goal.

recognise when you are in a state of momentum,
and if you want to get to the next level,
act with intention.
momentum doesn’t just come around,
you work for it, you earn it, you deserve it.

first year as an independent athlete has been tough, so I’m showing why I deserve more.

grateful for it all🦦

What a night of athletics and in particular men’s flying long jump. @simiar2000 is a lovely athlete who we’ve cheered on in long jump and decathlon. Last night we got to join all the Swiss fans in celebrating him at the medal ceremony. ❤️

Also lovely to see @marciasey be right up there in hurdles. @jeremiahazu and Rommel 🤩 dual shouting for @hannah_nuttall and @sarahlavin_ @keely.hodgkinson looking good. Keep the party and performances going guys 👏👏👏👏👏👏👍🤩
