Do your pumpkins need any accessories? 🦇 The small purple bow is clipped to the stem. No worries that it will blow away. Small bows are $25. The fabric bundles are pieces of different fabrics. I used a pin to pin them into the pumpkin. They are $10. Let me know if your pumpkins need some love! Happy Halloween! 👻

It’s not every day that I get to have this big of a group of Fuse instructors in one spot so we took advantage of the opportunity at the Free People event on Saturday❤️ Words will never be able to show how much I love all of these women. All of my instructors are precious to me and I am so proud of all of things they are accomplishing!

So grateful for the energy that my instructor brings every morning! Lately I haven’t felt motivated to do much but I’m so excited that I’ve been able to feed off of her energy and bounce back from the difficult times!

Thanks Marci you are the best ❤️❤️❤️

I show up for myself everyday because I care what I think of myself more than what others think.

Surround yourself around people who make you feel empowered to not care what others think!

I’ve recently been growing through life changes and I can honestly say it feels so good to know your worth ❤️

MILK MILE CHALLENGE!!!!

Due to @julian.g.marquez taking last place on 2/3 open workouts, his punishment was decided doing a mile… but at the top of every 400 meters, start with a glass of milk.

Along with that we hopped into some pilates with our friend @marcibrad_ to push our limits.
