💻 YOUR CUSTOMERS DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR IT.

They care that everything works. They expect the Wi-Fi to work. They expect checkout to be seamless. They expect your website to load. They expect their information to be safe. They expect your business to be ready when they are. They don’t need to know what firewall, cloud platform, or network you’re using. They just expect it to work. And that’s exactly how it should be.

THAT’S OUR JOB.
Twintel helps Palm Springs and Coachella Valley businesses keep their technology running reliably—so you can focus on your customers, your team, and your business.

🎱 5 rounds of bingo — with every winner taking home a fabulous prize package featuring local favorites and limited-edition Tupperware sets.

👑 Live drag entertainment — Ethylina Canne & friends bring the glamour, attitude and laughs.

🎶 DJ Discoboy — serving up the perfect soundtrack for a night of dancing and bingo.

🕺 Best Dressed competition — Come dressed in your best ’50s or ’60s Mod-inspired look and you could take home a fabulous prize package.

🍸 Themed cocktails & food — available for purchase throughout the evening.

🤖 AI vs Hiring Another Employee

Many business owners are asking the same question:
Should I hire another employee—or can AI help my current team do more?
The answer may surprise you.
AI can help automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, improve customer communication, generate reports, assist with scheduling, and free up your employees to focus on higher-value work.
✅ Works 24/7
✅ Reduces repetitive tasks
✅ Improves productivity
✅ Delivers consistent results
✅ Scales with your business
The goal isn’t to replace people.
It’s to give your team better tools so they can work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

At Twintel, we help Palm Springs and Coachella Valley businesses identify practical AI solutions that save time, reduce costs, and support growth.
💡 The real question isn’t “AI or Employees?”
It’s: How can AI help my employees do more?

🌴 Proudly serving Palm Springs & the Coachella Valley.
