A pre-race dinner built around good food, company, and a menu made for carb loading before 21.1 kilometres the next morning.

Milos 🇬🇷 The full story behind our stay - a picturesque little boat house carved into the cliffs of Skinopi. Super chill, private, with the most lovely host and once-in-a-lifetime quiet breakfast moments, barefoot in the water 💦

For the full picture: we took the boat from Athens to Milos, then rented a cab to get to Skinopi - the roads in are off-road and bumpy, so budget extra time (we’ll rent a proper 4x4 next time, learned that one the hard way 😅). Full stay details + booking link in our bio/DMs.

Summer days that stay with you 🫶🏻☀️

I spent my childhood summers here in the archipelago, and watching my own children and dear friends create memories in the same place is something I’ll never take for granted.

Today marks five years since Mum left us. I know she would have loved seeing these moments, and I know they would have warmed her heart.

Life is precious. Spend time with the people you love before it’s too late. Time is the one thing we can never get back. ❤️
