They told us we couldn’t.
So we stopped explaining and started doing.

Because sometimes the best answer isn’t an argument.
It’s the result.

Between the Shifts — where the hustle happens, the dreams grow, and “I can’t” becomes “watch me.” 🖤

Award season is upon us, and we don’t take having 5 of our venues ranked in the Top 50 at this year’s @boothbydrinks Best Bars NSW lightly 🏆

A special congratulations to our @elprimosanchezsydney team who took out #6, and our newly opened @acapulcoelvista who nabbed the #21 spot alongside the title of highest ranking hotel bar on the list 👀

As always this recognition is earned by each every person across our group — one team, one dream! 🤍

Congratulations to our friends & colleagues on the list — collectively we make our industry better and it’s an honour to work alongside you 🙏

It’s no secret to those of us who work in his orbit day in and day out just how influential @stefano_catino really is.

Anyone who knows Stef knows this is a man who is fiercely passionate about our industry. Whether he’s on the door, the floor, behind the decks, behind the scenes, or vespa-hopping (AirPods in, and on the phone — naturally) from venue to venue reading the lighting, the energy, the mood — he is creative beyond reason, works tirelessly, and more than anything, he is endlessly, generously focused on the people around him, always building something, always opening a door, always finding a way for his teams to learn, grow and go further than we thought we could.

Stef, we see the late nights, the belief you have in your people, and the standard you set simply by showing up the way you do every single day.

To see you recognised as one of the most influential people in the global bar industry on the @drinksinternational Bar World 100 again is no surprise to any of us, but it never stops being something to celebrate 🍸🫧
